We will not share or sell your contact information. Your contact information will only be used to ensure we have a way to contact you when your freight shipment arrives in Homer and is available for pick up.

SHIPPING HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
Additional Charge
(Small & Large HAZARDOUS MATERIAL ADDITIONAL CHARGES)
ANY shipments arriving at the Fife receiving location classified,
"HAZARDOUS MATERIAL or Bearing a UN Label"
Will be charged a Hazmat fee in addition to the per pound freight rate.
All Small Parcel Hazmat “Under 50-Lbs.” will be charged a $50.00 Hazmat Fee in addition to the per pound freight rate or minimum freight charge.
For larger Hazmat shipments “Over 50-Lbs.” the Hazmat fee is $165.00

If you are unsure if your freight is classified Hazardous Material, it's suggested that you confirm with your vendor before they ship to our Fife receiving location. Clarify with them that your item will be moving by (Ocean Transport) from WA to AK.
If your item has any type or size of lithium-ion batteries contained in or packed with the equipment it will most likely arrive at our forwarders with a "UN Hazardous Materials" sticker declaring that the package contains a lithium ion battery and will be charged the $50.00 Hazmat Fee.
Unless there is accompanying documentation from the shipper/your vendor stating that the package is "Excepted" from the Hazardous Material classification for Ocean Transport as a "Non-Regulated" quantity accompanied by the Exception they are claiming you will be charged the $50.00 Hazmat Fee.
Our forwarder does not classify shipments as Hazmat, and the fee is only applied to shipments that arrive in Fife bearing a UN sticker or Hazardous classification on the BOL. Unless it's accompanied by documentation showing it's Excepted, you will be charged the $50.00 Hazmat Fee

It is the customer/your responsibility to arrange shipping/transport of your freight to the Fife, WA receiving location.
(You get it to Fife and we get it to Homer)
